Torus is a uniquely contemporary office building and multi-media resource in the heart of the West End area of Chelmsford.
This building will be accessed from both street level and directly from the station platforms. The lower levels of Torus will contain a publicly accessible multi-media resource and art gallery. The higher levels will provide accommodation for small companies working in the creative industries, especially those working with new technologies.
The structure of Torus will bridge the gap between the three dominant spaces in the West End integrating the areas that lie on the east and west of the rail station with the rail station itself.
