A sculpture which will stand at the centre of a new square to be built in the West End.

Visible Management is a cubic glass structure that contains a fully functioning office. Staff at Chelmsford Borough Council who work at management level and have no direct contact with the public will spend one day a year working in this sculpture on a rotational basis. They will become part of the sculpture, creating a living dynamic piece of public art. The public will get a clearer understanding of what happens at the council behind the scenes. Each day in this sculpture will be different as the staff changes.
